Asteroid between the Earth and the Moon on 7/7

Does it look like it will be right on top of Earth in this image?
Will there be related meteors, fireballs, whatever?
From Dutchsinse:
Asteroid 2015 HM10 ... Passing at about 110,637.86 miles ( Earth Minimum Orbit Intersection Distance = .00119022 AU ) ... on July 7th....

The moon is about 238,900 miles away... thus it is passing about half the distance between the Earth and moon.

The last time this happened, we had a few hundred foot wide asteroid passing by on the same day the large meteor fell in Russia back in February 2013.The 2012 DA14 Asteroid flyby was to occur the same day in February 2013 at 17,000 miles near pass. When the Russian meteor hit, even though the Asteroid was passing by Earth fairly close, the "professionals" denied that the meteor in Russia was related to the Asteroid passing by.

Why did they deny the relation? Because these same "professionals" came out days before saying there was NO CHANCE that the asteroid would cause any problems.. then the meteor hit that day..This new 2015 HM10 asteroid is much further away than the 2013 DA14 asteroid that sent a piece into Russia -- thus we most likely have nothing to worry about at all.

I would expect a rise in meteor and fireball reports over the next several days... anything a few hundred feet wide most likely is traveling with a few smaller unseen partners, dust, fragments etc.. which can turn into dramatic fireballs (meteors) in the night sky if they enter the upper atmosphere.
