There’s always a first time for all things bright and beautiful
to come our way. Joseleo “Leo” Logdat, baritone, our homegrown multi-awarded
international classical artist, for years, has given inspiration and joy to
Marinduqueňos
through his music.
He inspired the creation
of Musika sa Isla Orchestra in this island composed of young kids from
different walks of life trained to play the violin, viola and cello; discovered
other promising baritones here; and encouraged other musicians elsewhere to
establish a group and share their music in various places.
Now Leo, nominated as Best Classical Male Singer in the forthcoming Aliw Awards, is set to bring to Marinduque this yuletide season a
classical concert dubbed “Christmas Concert in Mystical Marinduque” at the
Convention Center on Wednesday, December 18, 2019* at 7:00 pm.
Leo
has brought this concert during the last two years in Iloilo and Albay as an
outreach program as he envisions to touch the hearts of their audiences all
over the country.
