Effective August 22, 2020 persons classified as APOR
(authorized persons outside their residences per (IATF resolutions), are
required to undergo rapid testing either at Talao Talao pier or Balanacan pier
prior to entry to Marinduque.
Asas fixed by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Marinduque,
the APOR shall be charged PHP 1,100.00 for the rapid test.
An APOR shall first contact the hotline of the Provincial
Government of Marinduque for the issuance of a notice of admission to the
province, at the following numbers:

This is part of Memorandum No. 2020-076, dated August 19,
2020 issued to the Provincial Treasurer’s Office, and COVID-19 Task Force and
all APOR, by the Governor of Marinduque, Gov. Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr.
Provincial Ordinance No. 157, Series of 2020, was earlier
issued, ‘An ordinance authorizing the Provincial Government of Marinduque to
impose fees and charges on the conduct of COVID19 rapid antibody testing by the
authorized medical team at the health facilities of the provincial Government
of Marinduque or at any other place designated by the Governor, and providing
guidelines for the municipal government within the territorial jurisdiction of
the province in the conduct of COVID19 rapid testing within their localities’.
