By 2012, this video showing college boys encouraged by the new infra development in this area led them to explore new sites.
The 'discovery" of Mabusay Falls (in Brgy. Mahinhin), happened when a group of college boys were encouraged to explore the area without having to travel for hours passing through the now concreted Bantay road that leads to Hinapulan-Tumagabok.
