Big groups from all Buenavista barangays trooped to the coastal park where the main program sponsored by Cong. Velasco was held.
Groups representing government offices, agencies and NGOs from all the other municipalities then arrived early in the evening for the reception in the same venue hosted by Velasco. A live band provided the entertainment with special guest stars Aubrey Miles (Survivors) and Jacqueline Yu (Amazing Race).
