Lagmay (@nababaha) vs Janitch (dutchsinse) on man-made and controlled typhoons, cyclones, hurricanes etc

Mahar Lagmay (@nababaha) debunks Michael Janitch (dutchsinse); Janitch provides a point by point response to issues raised by the 'expert' Lagmay.

It all started when a statement was made on YouTube about Super Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda being a 'man-made and possibly controlled typhoon'.

YouTube videomaker, Montagraph's (Winds of Punishment Nov. 7, 2013), question forwarded to Dutchsinse -  'if it's possible if within the last two weeks, an entity could... create the the storm that is about to smash the Philippines" - elicited a "confident yes" response from Dutchsinse.

"...Again a confident "yes"", he said, "that these storms are being man-made and possible fully controlled on their paths to where their final destinations are". Janitch (Dutchsinse), stressed that below his video response he has provided links to several videos he earlier made on the subject, suggesting that those interested should follow the links for greater understanding of the subject.

"You're going to have to do that if you're curious on the subject," he said, and that may involve some two months of reading.

Unbidden Mahar Lagmay, via his twitter account @nababaha linked Janitch's/Dutchsinse's video to his twitter with the words "incredible and illogical". ABS-CBN News ANC took notice.

ANC Channel with TJ Manotoc engaged Lagmay in a phone interview for television for his 'expert' opinion. (Manotoc apparently did not bother to check Dutchsinse's profile and unwittingly called him a 'conspiracy theorist' and an anonymous person, both of which were eventually belied by the person under attack).

Some of Lagmay's statements:

"There’s no very solid demonstration of its (microwave pulse) relation with how it generates cyclones, how this makes the water evaporate and accumulate in a particular area. It’s simply not well-documented."
“You don’t prove something through your golden voice or the way you speak it out… What he was doing is that he was trying to name-drop Stanford University to boost his argument...Let’s just put it this way. In science, you have to demonstrate it. It must be repeatable and it must be testable. He was not able to do that and, therefore, it’s not proven.”
“From the images he was showing, it would appear that the typhoon was already developed when he was showing the microwave pulses that were being transmitted. And the second thing that I noticed was that he was also relating the microwave pulses with the occurrence of earthquakes, and what we know about earthquakes is that they form because of the accumulation of energy due to earth movements.”
“And through time, this energy is accumulated along faults and it does not at all relate to any type of microwave he was referring to,” he added. “And, in that sense, I would think that that person who keeps on stating or mentioning the word Stanford to boost his credibility, I think is just pulling a trick on us.”

(Tempting to ask where in the video Dutchsinse 'kept stating or mentioning the word Stanford to boost his credibility,  which, if it could not be proven by Lagmay would probably make this 'expert' a mere debunker on stand-by for debunking purposes).

Now let us hear it from Dutchsinse himself:
Here is a link to the video in question.

"Below is my response to the "expert" who claims to have "debunked" what I showed, along with proof of the science backing my claims.

"In addition, several repeat examples are given with past results.

"I can't believe it .. accusing me of "pulling a trick"???

"WTH?

"The "debunkers"... they have no credibility at this point if they are in denial or accusing me of "pulling tricks".

"He denies the science behind the premise, then further says there is no repeatable evidence?

"I suppose SEVEN PRIOR EXAMPLES including large named storms, as well as confirmed US Navy experiments are just not enough.

"LOL.. maybe they'll accept CNN, Dr, Michio Kaku, ABC News, The Weather Channel, and The History Channel ?!

"You know, put it on TEE-VEEEE and they'll finally accept it, but give them the research papers, experiments, and RESULTS -- they claim its a "trick".

"Or maybe people just don't know how to read the links below a darn video these days.. maybe that explains the blockheaded nature of so-called "professionals" who speak with authority , when, in reality, they're speaking balderdash, and mumbo jumbo talking points.

"Here are all the links ..again.. they're also below the video this "expert" claims to have debunked .. but wait, he said there was no evidence..... LOL...

"Somethings not right about all this, and its not my analysis in the wrong ----- thats putting things MILDLY.

"Epic."

Dutchsinse then posted the video Weather Modification 101. Dutchsinse video response to Dr. Mahar Lagmay and ABS-CBN News ANC. Said he:

"This video should really open up doors , and prove to the science community that (for a long while now) this information has been obfuscated / hidden . Hidden for good reason! Due to the power of the devices, their cheap construction, their EASY operation, and the ‘new’ physics doors opened up by generating zero-point / zero-vector energy at a distance. It throws certain aspects of the inverse square / thermodymanics laws into an “x – factor” , in essence, moving the goal posts on what is “possible” through the use of “radio waves”."
Future 'debunkers' should also take note that the claims made by Dutchsinse as to when Typhoon Haiyan developed into a tropical depression is consistent with Wikipedia's Meteorological history of Typhoon Haiyan as follows, in part:
The thirty-first named storm, thirteenth typhoon, and fifth super-typhoon of the 2013 Pacific typhoon season, Haiyan originated as an area of low pressure east-southeast of Pohnpei in the western Pacific Ocean on November 2. Tracking generally westward, the disturbance steadily developed within an environment of light wind shear and warm sea surface temperatures, becoming a tropical depression early the following day.
