Hey TD Peipah (Domeng), do you know where you're going to?

Tropical Depression PEIPAH (DOMENG) remains quasi-stationary over the South Philippine Sea as it fights for survival due to poor atmospheric and ocean environment. After 2 to 3 days, this depression will start to move NW to WNW towards Eastern Samar where it will start to dissipate. Max sustained winds is at 45 kph and was located some 565 km ENE of Cateel, Davao Oriental.

Here is the latest daily graphical satellite analysis showing all tropical systems in and around the Philippines and the Western Pacific Basin. This is valid for the next 24 hours.

Important note: In the infrared (IR) satellite animation shown above: BLUE areas indicate Clear Skies with a Few CloudsGREEN = Partly to Mostly Cloudy Skies; YELLOW = Mostly Cloudy to Hazy Skies with Possible Slight-to-Moderate Rainfall; and RED = Thunderstorms with Moderate to Heavy to sometimes Extreme Rainfall. WEATHER
