PHILIPPINES TO BE HIT BY TYPHOON KOPPU ("LANDO"); Serious situation has developed

A serious situation has developed in the West Pacific.  The island nation of the Philippines is set to be hit by a large Category 3 (borderline Cat4) Typhoon.
The Storm, named Typhoon “Koppu”, has blown up into a very large tropical system.
Current satellite images show a well defined eye wall, and a distinct “eye” shape particular to major tropical storms.

Typhoon “Koppu” has taken a Westward track following the warm Pacific waters.
The area of North Philippines / Luzon should be hit by the hardest part of the storm — which should be a borderline Category 4 event according to most projections.
