Paalala ni Gov. Presby Velasco sa pagsalubong sa Bagong Taon: Bawal ang mga paputok na nakakapinsala

 


Mula kay Gov. Presby Velasco:

Isang magandang hapon po sa inyong lahat mga kababayan! 

Ako po ay nagbibigay ng paalala ngayong sasapit at ating sasalubungin ang Bagong Taon. Ang Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) ay mayroong pinatutupad na batas laban sa mga fireworks o paputok na nakakapinsala. Tulad ng Piccolo, Super Lolo, Whistle Bomb, Judas Belt at iba na sadyang delikado at nakakakitil ng buhay o nagdudulot ng hindi maganda. 

Sama-sama po natin salubungin ang Bagong Taon ng puno ng pag-asa at malasakit sa isa’t-isa. Maari po tayo mag-ingay gamit ang kaldero, turutot at busina.  

Dalangin ko po ang inyong magandang kalusugan, maayos na pamumuhay at kaligtasan sa darating na bagong taon. Sama-sama po tayo magtulungan sa pag-bangon ng ating mahal ng Marinduque. 🙏


PUBLIC ADVISORY

This is to remind the genersl public that pursuant to Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Memorandum Circular 2018-216 in support of Executive Order No. 28, Series of 2017 which provides for the regulation and control of the use of firecrackers and other pyrotechnic devices, private individuals or households are prohibited to use or explode firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices.

Only fireworks are allowed and the same shall be ignited and to be operated in the designated community fireworks area and shall be manned or supervised by a trained pyrotechnics technician with a permit issued by the Philippine National Police (PNP).

The following or similar types (although of different name, but the same explosive power) of firecrackers are prohibited.

1)      1      Piccolo

2)      2     Super Lolo

3)      3    Whistle Bomb

4)      4    Goodbye Earth

5)      5    Atomic Big Triangulo

6)      6    Judas Belt

7)      7    Watusi

All Municipal Mayors, Bureau of Fire Protection and PNP are mandated to strictly enforce the provisions of DILG Memorandum Circular 2018-216 in relation to Executive Order No. 28, Series of 2017.

All violators shall be punishable in accordance with the pertinent rules and regulations and existing laws.
