| The National Power Corporation-Small Power Utilities Group (NPC-SPUG), Marinduque Operations Division has requested the Marinduque Electric Cooperative (Marelco), for eight hours of total blackout from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, to give way "for the test and commissioning of main transformer" in line with the energization of 10MVA Substation and 69KV lines.
