Behind the scenes on #DU30MARINDUQUE #PAGBABAGO

Two days ago, Cong. Lord Allan Velascon announced on his Facebook account the Marinduque Grand Rally for presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte on May 5, 2015.

Organizers started to decorate the Marinduque State College oval in thee morning of May 3 after obtaining a permit from the MSC president, Dr. Merian C. Mani. By 11:00 am same day the organizers through Seller Nolos were advised to "pack up" as based on information the board of trustees of MSC, where Gina Reyes. the LP congressional bet is apparently still sitting as a member of the board "overruled" the president's decision.

Duterte rally organizers have started decorating the MSC oval but was advised to pack up after the permit issued by college president was "overturned" by the board of trustees. The act of the board, however does not jive with their powers and duties.

The grand rally organizers then found ready support from the municipality of Gasan Mayor Vicky Lao-Lim for use of the People's Park (Guingona Park), that could also occupy a huge number of people.

This episode has prompted Mrs. Wen Velasco, loving wife of the congressman to post on her Facebook account the following:
